2) Received a faulty item?
We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
Your Order Number
Photos that show the fault as clearly as possible
Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.
Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty :
• Slight color variation from product photos. Slight size variation of within + 3cm on measurements
• Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
• Self - inflicted damage to the product while trying on the item
• Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
• Item does not fit (please always refer to the size chart provided with each product)
3)Can I exchange my item?
We're currently unable to offer exchanges, but this is something we're working hard to make possible! We do have a pretty quick turnaround with refunding items, so you won't be waiting long for your refund!
4) Where's the swing tag on my item?
As part of our efforts to create positive changes today for a better tomorrow, we’re looking closely at our sustainability. This includes a process to begin removing the swing tags from our items. Just please contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you during whole return or refund process.
1) CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Goods - such as the Fashtoday products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so Fashtoday isn't involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
2) How do I track my order?
We send the tracking code at your email after the product has been shipped.

1) I want to change my order
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
Changing the item or size
Adding items to your order
There is a 1 hour window, where you can adjust your data by sending us an email to email@example.com, with details that you want to change in your order. After 1 hour your order will be processed and no changes can be applied.
IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
2) I am missing an item from my order
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it right away.
There is a size chart in the description of every product. Please refer to it, but not to your usual size. We collaborate with different brands, and size dimension may differ from product to product.
